Women's Council of Realtors® Congratulates Local Realtor® Awarded with ABR®, E-Pro®, and Green® Designations
Marlene Ritzman with Equity Real Estate St. George was recently presented with her certificates for successfully fulfilling the educational and experiential requirements to earn the ABR® (Buyer Accredited Representative), E-Pro®, and Green® Designations.
A former native of Southern California, Marlene dedicated over thirty years of her life to the Food and Beverage industry before making the change to real estate while settling in Southern Utah. As a contractor's wife of 29 years, Marlene saw an opportunity to extend herself by helping others get through the short sale situations and to realize their dreams of home ownership. She finds a great satisfaction in serving others and being able to hand over keys to that first time home buyer.
As a real estate professional, continuing education is extremely important to Marlene, and the additional training required for ABR®, E-Pro®, and Green® Designations will mean added professional service for her clients in the St. George market. The goal of designation courses is to prepare real estate professionals to profitably and ethically serve the real estate needs of their clients.
Thankful everyday to be living in such a great community, Marlene looks forward to a long career in real estate. While devoting her time as a mother to three wonderful sons, Marlene has had the good fortune of experiencing the joys of travel, allowing her to visit many parts of the country by the age of 16. She currently serves on the Women's Council of Realtors® Governing Board in charge of Awards & Recognition, and as a member of the Public Relations Committee for the Washington County Board of Realtors®.
