Make Your Next Shopping Destination: Destination Dixie!
The St. George Area
Chamber of Commerce with the support of The City of St. George and the St.
George Convention and Visitors Bureau have launched a radio and print
advertising campaign in surrounding marketplaces urging shoppers to make their
"Destination Dixie" for holiday purchases. Many shoppers in Northern Arizona,
Southeast Nevada and Central and Southern Utah have a choice of where to shop
for the holidays, whether it's the Wasatch Front, Las Vegas, Flagstaff or Page.
"We just want to remind them that there are strong advantages to coming to Dixie
where the number and variety of stores continues to grow each year", stated Russ
Behrmann, President of the St. George Chamber.
We're the only
Chamber that serves every corner of Washington County, and because we have
members in every major city and community in the area our advertising campaign
specifically invites shoppers to experience all of the variety we have in the
area. The St. George Area Chamber of Commerce is an independent Chamber of
Commerce, governed by local members and supported by businesses in St. George,
Washington, Hurricane, Springdale, Santa Clara, Ivins and Enterprise. The radio
and print advertisements will continue through the holiday season. Some of the
advertisements will be seen and heard in Washington County because some media
sources have signals or distribution patterns that reach outside markets as well
as the Washington County area.
