Utah GOP Vice-Chair Speaking on "Liberty and Activism"

St. George--Former state representative Morgan Philpot, will be speaking on "Liberty and Political Activism" at the Washington County Commission Chambers on Thursday, Dec. 17th, at 7 pm.

While in the Legislature, Morgan earned a reputation as a strong conservative, fighting hard for the right to life, parental choice in education, and tax relief.  He's recently continued that fight as vice-chair of the Utah GOP, where he has encouraged the Republican Party to get back to its conservative roots.
