Next H1N1 Vaccine Clinics Announced

The Southwest Utah Public Health Department continues to receive weekly shipments of H1N1 vaccine. The St. George office will be holding walk-in vaccine clinics for the following high-risk Washington County residents:

   ● Pregnant Women
   ● Children ages 6 months to 10 years of age
   ● All children with high-risk health issues (heart, lung, kidney, diabetes, asthma, etc)
   ● Parents/ caregivers of infants under 6 months of age

(Other priority groups will follow in the near future)

WHEN:   November 4th & 5th (walk-in): PREGNANT WOMEN ONLY
              1pm-4pm (or while supplies last)
              November 6th (walk-in): All priority groups listed above
              1pm-4pm (or while supplies last)
WHERE: Health Department
              620 S. 400 E. Level 300
              St. George
COST:    No charge, but bring your insurance card if you have one.
