Mainstreet Plaza, St. George’s premier office space, has spacious executive office suites available.  The executive suites are located along the perimeter of the third floor of the building so as to offer stunning views and natural daylight penetration to the workplace.  Each tenant in the suites has access to a professional receptionist, three upscale conference rooms, a copy center, a lunch room, and redundant high-speed internet; in addition to the expansive parking garage. 

For a limited time Mainstreet Executive Suites is offering a $200 move-in allowance for new tenants.

        • Capital outlays for startup cost for an executive suite are much lower than a traditional office space, since our conference rooms and reception areas are fully furnished and we provide access to office equipment such as copiers and fax machines on an as needed basis where you only pay for the services that you use.
