Learn what rights employees have in the work environment, which laws are triggered by company size, pre-employment inquiries, the definition of illegal discrimination, and perhaps most importantly, how to guard against lawsuits and complaints. You will also learn the latest developments in employment law, primarily the significant new changes to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). During these difficult economic times, it is more important than ever for employers to understand legal obligations and avoid any potential financial liability.
