Guest Satisfaction and Quality Assurance at the Wingate by Wyndham

GSS--Guest Satisfaction Survey

Wyndham Corporate tracks all of the surveys that guests nationwide leave after a hotel stay.  There are currently over 150 Wingate properties in the world--for the last several weeks, the Wingate by Wyndham St. George property has been bouncing back and forth between #2 and #3 in overall rank--that's for the entire chain!!  In other words, as the guests turn in their Satisfaction Surveys, the St. George location is getting higher rankings than 99% of the other Wingate by Wyndhams!  And now...for the first time...they have been Ranked #1 overall!!!  This is extremely exciting news, and Wingate is very proud of their wonderful staff!!

This is not something that regularly happens with brand-new properties.  In fact, it is often the opposite, as new properties are working the bugs out.  The other thing that is astonishing is that since the St. George location is new, they have less quantity of overall surveys than older properties. That actually makes it harder for them to be rated on top, because if they were to get even one bad survey, that would have a larger negative effect than a property whose surveys are averaged in with all of the surveys they've gotten over the years.  It's really an exciting accomplishment!!!

QA--Quality Assurance Inspection

Wyndham sent out one of their QA Inspectors to go through the property recently, and the St. George location passed with flying colors, receiving an "A" score with an "Outstanding" comment.  In fact, the inspector stated this was the 2nd best overall score he had given to any hotel after several years of inspecting Wyndham properties. He also commented that new properties don't usually have a high score like this--usually they still have a bunch of punch-list items that they get dinged for, resulting in an average score for new properties averaging around a "D."  Congratulations to the St. George location for getting an "A" with an "Outstanding"!!!

Once again, the Wingate by Wyndham- St. George is  very grateful to their wonderful staff who has played a large role in creating these great results.  Their commitment is to keep up the good work--always keeping their standards extremely high.
