Veteran’s Benefits Workshop & Dedication Ceremony TONIGHT!

Tonight, May 19th at 6:00 pm, the Southern Utah Chapter #961 of the Vietnam Veterans of America will be performing a ceremony to officially dedicate the new 50 foot flagpole at the BeeHive Cottages Community located at 2041 S. Mesa Palms Drive (off Tonaquint Dr.).  The ceremony will also include the talented Rocky Mountain Revival Show quartet singing our national anthem.  All Veterans, surviving spouses of veterans & seniors are invited to attend.

Immediately following the Dedication Ceremony, all attendees are invited to a FREE Workshop & Benefits Seminar in the BeeHive Cottages Community Center.  This workshop is specifically designed for Veterans, the Surviving Spouses of Veterans and Seniors, You can learn about how you can qualify for a little known, little used Veteran’s Benefit  and receive up to $23,396 a year, TAX FREE!

A veteran, or the veteran's surviving spouse, may be eligible if the veteran served at least 90 days of active military service, one day of which was during a period of war, and was discharged under conditions other than dishonorable. The location or branch of the service, stateside or overseas does not matter. Detailed information will be presented and questions will be answered. The required application forms and instructions will also be available at the workshop.

It is estimated that over 4 million veterans qualify for these benefits, most of whom have no idea that they exist or how to qualify. BeeHive Cottages is sponsoring this workshop & seminar as a public service to educate and inform our local veterans about these valuable benefits.

Light refreshments will be served.  Seating is limited & reservations are preferred – please call 435-773-7966 to register or obtain directions.
