Lifeworkswest and John Page, BCH CI, will be hosting a day of Holistic Health Awareness to the community on Saturday, April 11th, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Snow Building, locatesd at 37 East St. George Blvd.
Holistic health is a philosophy of personal care that views physical, mental and spiritual aspects of life as closely interconnected and equally important approaches of creating a state of health and well-being. This philosophy is increasingly being used in mainstream medical practice as part of a broad view overall system of care for patient care and rehabilitation.
The goal of this fair is to introduce the public to a wide array of techniques available here in Southern Utah. They will have information and demonstrations including: Acupuncture, Hypnosis Craio-Sacral Therapy, Energy Healing, Reiki, Massage Therapy, Herbs, Aura Reading, Essential Oils, Tarot and more.
