Snow, Christensen & Martineau Elects New Shareholders

Snow, Christensen & Martineau is pleased to announce the election of three new shareholders from the firm’s Salt Lake City office. The new shareholders are Sam Harkness, David F. Mull, and Bryan M. Scott.
 
Mr. Harkness’ practice focuses on white-collar crime and commercial litigation. He represents individuals and entities in white-collar criminal cases, including environmental, securities, and tax investigations. He also represents a number of business interests in both state and federal court.
 
Mr. Mull has litigated numerous cases before both state and federal trial courts, and has participated in appeals before the Utah Court of Appeals and the Utah Supreme Court. His practice includes personal injury and wrongful death defense, business disputes involving contract and tort claims, and defense of cities against constitutional claims.

Mr. Scott’s practice focuses primarily in three areas: corporate and business transactions; estate planning; and employment law. Mr. Scott has assisted numerous clients in all facets of their businesses, including choice of entity, ongoing corporate governance, corporate mergers and acquisitions, dissolutions, and sales of corporate assets.
