"Doing what matters most for business."
SEMINARS, EDUCATION, & WORKSHOPS

Are you feeling a little battered and bruised from the “New Economy”??

The Dixie Business Alliance is rolling out “Power Up”  a new integrated series beginning March 26, that will harness all of its partners to help existing small businesses progress in an ongoing step-by-step program.

The Power Up series has two objectives:

1.      Make Sure Your Business is STABLE
2.      Prepare Your Company for GROWTH

The Power Up Program starts with a Workshop on Thursday, March 26 that will provide four hours of power packed information designed to help your small business navigate these treacherous times. But unlike most workshops, this one offers follow on engagement in an integrated program through the Dixie Business Alliance partners.

In fact, attendees will be able to set up an appointment at the workshop for a free one-hour business assessment to introduce them to 10 Key Elements of Business Success. These 10 elements include various aspects of finance, operations and marketing that business owners and managers may select to participate in – or not. Many of the DBA services are free of charge. Others have a fee. But there is no obligation to anyone except yourself to DO SOMETHING!

An added benefit to the Power Up series is that businesses will be able to establish an advisory board to help them monitor their cash flow and operations.

Sign up for this exciting workshop by e-mailing Kelly at dba.dixie.edu or calling Kelly at 435-652-7741. The fee has been set at just $39 per person, or $50 for two persons from the same company. This four hour Power Up Workshop includes an additional FREE one hour assessment at an appointed time for each company following the workshop.
