Windermere Real Estate Southland Appoints New Premier Properties Director

Mike Davis, Owner/Broker of Windermere Real Estate Southland, recently appointed Wanda Kubat-Nerdin, REALTOR, as Premier Properties Director for Southern Utah. In her new role she will coordinate Premier marketing programs for listings priced $750,000 and over with Windermere offices throughout the Western United States.

Professionally, Kubat-Nerdin has helped sell thousands of homes in the Southern Utah area in her seven years in the industry. In addition to her REALTOR certificate, she also holds her e-Pro online real estate, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified Short Sale Professional (CSP) designations.
