"Doing what matters most for business."
CHAMBER BRIEFS

Milestone Member

This year, the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce is reinstating a tradition - The Milestone Member Recognition Award. This award goes to those outstanding Chamber members that have been a 'member in good standing' for 10 or more years. This week, at the Chamber luncheon, we are recognizing Bloomington Country Club.

Built in 1969, the Bloomington Country Club was the second golf course built in southern Utah and the first private country club.  Designed by Bill Neff, the course was planned to be very player-friendly and is one of the most walkable courses in the area.

In addition to a pristine golf course, Bloomington Country Club offers a great social environment with an excellent restaurant and full service lounge for intimate dining, group gatherings, parties and special functions, like their annual wine tasting and art show events.

Bloomington Country Club has six lighted tennis courts and an excellent tennis program for all ages. During the summer, members and their families and guests enjoy relaxing at the Olympic size pool.

Bloomington Country Club is proud of its long association with the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce and look forward to many more years of service to the community.

The Milestone Member Recognition Award will be awarded to 45 businesses throughout 2009 that have shown excellence not only in Customer Service, but have also been active in the Chamber of Commerce and the community. These 45 members will each be recognized at a Chamber luncheon. For more information about the 'Milestone Member' program, please contact Susi Lafaele, at 435-628-1650 ext. 3.
