The 19th Annual Parade of Homes

The Southern Utah Home Builders Association (SUHBA) and Zion’s Bank present the 19th annual St. George Area Parade of Homes February 13th-22nd, giving attendees ten days to explore every one of the amazing 26 homes designed by today’s most creative builders, designers and craftsmen. “This year’s Parade is more important to our community than ever due to the economic struggles we are facing.  The Parade of Homes provides a sense of togetherness and unity here in southern Utah. We want to invite everyone to attend, come for the entertainment value, come for the great ideas, come for the escape,” stated Rick Richardson 2009 Parade Chairman.  
 
Escape the Ordinary is this year’s St. George Area Parade theme where you can discover a place of unimaginable beauty.  Homes will range from 650 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft.  This years Parade will be diverse in size, style, price and location.  Plan to attend and experience a lifestyle second to none and explore a world of new and exciting ideas in home building.  SUHBA and Zions Bank are also offering a drawing for all Parade-goers.  After attending at least 12 homes, take your ticket to The Boulevard Home Furnishings and enter to win a week vacation or a home theater system, see the Parade Magazine for details.  “We are offering this drawing as a way of thanking those patrons for their continued support of the St. George Area Parade of Homes,” says Richardson.
