ERA Introduces “Gift of Home” Program

In an effort to assist home owners in being “proactive rather than “reactive” when it comes to the unfortunate possibility of losing their home, ERA Brokers Consolidated is offering consumers the “Gift of Home” program.

Beginning Dec. 10, 2008 and continuing through Jan. 30, 2009, consumers who are financially at risk with their lending institution, are encouraged to stop by the ERA Brokers offices in St. George (201 E. St. George Blvd) or in Hurricane (10 N. 100 W.) for a no cost, no obligation consultation.  The program will be explained to them, and should they wish to take a proactive approach and continue with the program, they will be given a questionnaire and asked to compile information that will be needed when speaking with lenders.  A certified market analysis of their home will also be provided.

“We understand that financial stress, especially during this time of year, can leave consumers not knowing where to turn, so they do nothing in hopes that circumstances will change.  Meanwhile they are getting themselves in a more desperate situation”, said H.
