Goldenwest Opens New Office in St. George

Goldenwest Credit Union opened their new St George branch today.  Located at 1805 West Sunset Boulevard, it is the first Goldenwest office located in Washington County.  The branch was built to serve existing members in the area, and to welcome new members to the credit union.

“This is a day that Goldenwest has looked forward to for a long time,” said Shelley B. Clarke, Goldenwest President/CEO.  “With a regional office in St George, it is more convenient than ever for our members living, working, and vacationing in the area to take advantage of our great savings rates, free checking, and affordable loans.”

The new office will provide members will a full-range of services, including home equity loans, vehicle loans, free checking, mortgages, business services, four drive-through lanes and a drive-up ATM.  The St George office is part of the Credit Union Services Centers network, allowing members from other participating credit unions to conduct transactions at the branch.

Founded in 1936, Goldenwest serves more than 72,000 members and holds $650 million in assets.  The Goldenwest corporate headquarters are located in Ogden, with 17 branches located throughout Weber, Davis, Morgan, Salt Lake, Utah, and Washington counties.
