Amy Hansen has been named the Branch Manager of SouthWest Federal Credit Union’s Sunset office in St. George. Born and raised in Ivins, Hansen graduated from Snow Canyon High School before attending Dixie State College and graduating from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
“Amy’s combination of experience and bubbly personality make her a good fit as the leader in our Sunset office,” said President and CEO Muriel Blake. “Those same traits will also help her continue to serve our members in her new role.”
Hansen has a combined 10 years experience in banking and started with SouthWest Federal in June 2005 at the Red Cliffs branch. Before being promoted to Branch Manager, Amy has been a Member Service Representative at the Sunset branch since 2006.
SouthWest Federal is the only locally administered and longest serving credit union in Southern Utah. Serving the five-county area of Southwest Utah, plus Mesquite, Nevada and Northwest Arizona, SouthWest Federal Credit Union was established in St. George in 1937 and has been safe and secure for more than 70 years.
