Each year, ERA Franchise Systems rewards the outstanding accomplishments of its elite affiliates with a recognition trip, full of adventurous excursions, relaxing events and valuable networking opportunities. This year's event was held at the Encantado Resort & Spad in Santa Fe, New Mexico September 28th through October 1st, 2008.
Each year, Brokers of the leading ERA companies, based on sales performance from the previous year, are invited to attend the recognition trip. The winner and finalists of the prestigious Gene Francis Memorial Award for Top All-Around Company – honoring overall excellence in real estate, community involvement and business standards – as well as other companies achieving a level of excellence in other areas are also invited.
