Steve grew up on the wind swept plains of Kansas where he meet and married his high school sweetheart, Sherrie. They moved to Toronto Canada to work and raise their 4 sons. Shortly after moving to St. George in 1989, Steve began his career in Real Estate. He started the Re/Max First Realty office here, which he built up and then sold in the late 1990’s. In 2002 he started
New Homes of America, a real estate company specializing in new construction.
Phil grew up with his brother, Steve, in Kansas. He and his wife, Marilyn also lived in Toronto, Canada, followed by 2 years in Orem studying photography at BYU. Phil received his Bachelors in Business Admin and Marketing with graduate work in International Economics from WSU, followed by 25 years of marketing, sales and research and development in machinery manufacturing. He joined Steve at New Homes of America after moving to St. George in 2003.
Also joining the team is Dave Snowball, who grew up in Southern California, Oregon and the Salt Lake City area. In addition to being a Realtor for the past 15 years, Dave has worked in the Accounting arena for over 20 years and owns the Liberty Tax franchise in Southern Utah.
